POA--just started and stuck already.

1 Rubber Tube
Passcard (CQ60537)
Fire Extinguisher
Plastic Cup
Leather Briefcase
Business Card
ISO Officer's Cap

Employment Papers
Crowbar
Pet Snacks
Small Mirror
I.D. Card
Light Tube
Washcloth
Ruby

I've now gone and re-done every option 3 times. Nothing is changing. I seem to be hopelessly stuck.
I've returned the darn cat.
Been to Akumos many times.
I can't get to the mines because I need a paper to get there.
I can't get the wrench or into the supply rooms.
I have only procured a toy gun for the brat.
I can only find 1 tube to fix the kitchen (not 4, as req.).
I found 1 pery....whatever shard and gave it to Jonas, gave the nickel to the lab guy, who does nothing. Tried getting a mine access card with his cards, no dice.
I brought the earing to the black market guys. (I know I need 6 more stones)
I can't do the circuit problem because I'm missing some tool.
The guy with the safe is ALWAYS in his room (I know the code, I just can't get by).
I can't get into the refinery.
I can't get into the maintenance doors.
I know I need to sneak into Keplers office, but I think I need the maintenance doors for that.
HELP! HELP!
