Sometimes I crave Pepsi from a 10 ounce bottle, sometimes Coke from a can, most often, lately, whichever drink from a fountain -- and the type of cup (paper or styrofoam) matters, too. I definitely miss the days of soda in a tall, 12 oz. bottle.

I remember it vividly because the 16 oz. hit the spot just right, but sometimes a 12 oz can just leaves you wanting a little bit more, not a whole can more, but a little more. Even though the plastic bottles are 20 oz, the taste just isn't nearly the same as the glass.

I kept thinking it was 16, but then I thought those bigger ones that you bought one at a time were 16, so the regular sized ones must be twelve. But you're right, because I also remember them being one pint, and 16 oz. = a pint. Were those bigger ones (you had to pour it in a glass because they were almost too heavy to lift to your mouth) actually 32 oz.?
