I've tried taking it for a while but John keeps saying "I need a good reason to take someone's project or something." I finally figured the puzzle of the board out and won Mr. Anand's game. I did read the file. Still can't figure out that backpack even though all side missions all teacher side missions are complete.

Not to beat the game, it won't.

The second-floor fuse box is KEY to obtaining your backpack. Of course, it's locked.

Go back and search the body of a certain cannibal teacher. It will provide a distraction to steal what you need.

Also, it's a bit unfair you beat Anand's game and got no reward! Go back to the computer room and look around for something to reward yourself with.
