A friend of mine and I have always wondered about the validity of a statement that kids sometimes make to their parents: "Playing games is good for me." Some doctors (surgeons) have claimed that certain games increase their rate of success by increasing reaction times. Obviously they aren't playing online RPGs but faster paced games. At any rate, we wondered whether or not such claims have any merit. You can read more at the link below, but the gist is that we made an online survey and reflex test (Java Applet) and would love for you to participate in the experiment. If you do decide to help us out we can send you the results of the experiment.
