You can fix fishing poles with duct tape! Only if you are only planning to catch really little fish, though. In which case you might as well just use a piece of string tied to a stick. You can bait the hook with a nice little shiny piece of duct tape. Some fish like shiny things and they don't care if they can eat it or not.
