1) Oceanside, California (official motto: "Our city may suck, but we've got better weather than you").

2) MWF and weekends it varies as during MWF I get on when I'm not at work or at work but not working. Weekends I get on sporadically. TTh I get on after my last class which gets out sometime between 4-4:30 Pacific time.
