POA--4th naxonite stone and the coin

I FINALLY found the 4th stone, but when I went to use it, I didn't have it. I'm sure that I picked it up. I've read the posts and searched all around the water and still can't find it.

Also, I can't get Jonas to take the coin. He is the one who is supposed to get it?
