Problem with MV Level 3

There is a fairly large room that I cannot get to. I have looked carefully and there are no doors and no sliding walls to this room. There are no teleporters, and I have tried about 15 teleport stones, and I always end up in a small area close to the room, and nowhere else. I've had 2 or 3 red parties teleport to this room, and I have tried everything obvious and some things not so obvious to get there, to no avail.
