ESM knock out drops

I have already given the tea to Agnelo, before I realized that I might need some knock-out drops to make him sleep. Have I totally ruined this? Also, I have no idea where to get the drops and how to get them into his tea, now that he already has this. Here's my inventory. Also, did I miss the secret area?
