ESM film trouble (possible spoilers)

I have the film, and I talked to the physics professors about where to get it developed, but I seem to be walking around in circles in the past!!

My inventory:
Time Machine
Chalk
Eraser
Slip of Paper
Wrench

Blue Paint
Chart
Glue Stick
Soldering Iron

Bottle
Coffee Filter
Mirror
Spool of Film

Bottle Cap
Disk with Essay
Perma-Tie
Syringe

Chain
Disk with Virus
Scalpel
Wire

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
