Hmmm ...what kind of LAB would have COMPUTERS in it? Before you go there, though, you'll need to speak with the chess players. They have something you'll need. So do the guys in the bathrooms. Try giving them things from your inventory. Also, try using the smock in a place where it might cause a disruption.
