For the fingerprints, you use something from the New Building and something someone hands you.

I almost have the other thing for Mrs. Laurente now (as soon as I figure out how to get it from the dude!), and I now have the Blue Paint, the Bottle, the CD Player, the Chain, the Chalk, the Eraser, the Glasses, the Glue Stick, the Grass, the Lighter, the Mirror, the Mop-Head, the CD, the Perma-Tie, Soldering Iron, Wire, and Wrench.

Oh, and by the way, when you find out what to do with the Disk with Virus, return it to its owners... (hint: You need another disk first)
