I did a search on the maintenance doors since it's been too long since I played the game. this is an old one from Rifttraveler, 11/25/01:

Okay, here's what you do.
In the first area, you go to the control room, input the code, hit emergency access.

That will open another door somewhere that you have to find.

Find that door, do the same thing. That will open a third door. Find that third door, do the same thing.

That will open a fourth door. Find that door, go through it, input the code, hit the reset switch, and you're all set.
