TOA after evil guy shooting

I've seen the bus, but don't know where it is now. I've seen Ken and have given the rocket plans and car boosters to the nerds, but now they need energy cells, which I can't find. Also, whenever I try to finish Luna's test, I always end up needing one more move. Help!
