Stuck on TOA

Please help. I have 2 rocks, a map, stylish shoes, crowbar, and enrollment sheet. I've found the dragon costume and gotten into it with Verna and Silas, but I got out of it again because I couldn't get into my car. I can't get into the dorm, and I don't know where to go next.
