Need more help on Brackley Hall

Inventory:

Acorns
Glasses
Silver Key
Tourist Brochure
Bacon Sandwich
Lavender
Iron Key
Pocket Knife
Raffle Ticket
Feather

I think I need to get gas for the car but I wouldn't know where to find it. I also need to find the sixth cogwheel. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. :)
