MV lvl5 bug or just dumb

Sam, I had a red party teleport in front of one of the moving walls and I can't open the area now. It is the area just above and to the left of the big ugly troll.

Am I doomed to just teleport until I make it in there too? Do I have to restart the level? or is there something else I am missing?
