My notebook's not handy, but here's what I can remember.

Sawyer won't leave his room, I believe, until after you've had a little "adventure" with the ISO after completing all three jobs for Kepler (boosters, conduits, OSM tubes). Don't worry about the safe right now. Same goes for the rubber tubes. The jobs for Kepler do need to be completed.

To get a Mine Access Card, you'll have to get to know a certain patient in the infirmary. But getting sedative pills for him will involve bribing someone eccentric. But you don't have the item he'll want.

To wit: A lunch buddy of yours would really, really, really appreciate that peryolitium shard you're carrying.
