I'm just not seeing how my characters can do one darn thing and I just plain am not having any fun in this game. Sorry. Thanks for helping me retire gracefully. You bought some equipment for your characters, but you didn't adjust any of it. Usually it's far less cost-effective to go straight for high-level equipment than to get low- to mid-range weapons and armor, then hit the "Adjust" button for some or all of them and make upgrades to it. For example, you could buy cheap chain mail armor, then load it up with bonuses to strength, constitution, and agility, and it would be pretty affordable. > > If you wanted to give Monster Arena another shot, this is the strategy I would recommend. Continuing with that strategy right now, you'd be starting at a disadvantage, but you could try it anyway, or wait till you can start fresh next month. > > Or, if you don't want to bother, that's fine, too. Again, sorry the game didn't work out for you.
Thanks, Sam, Think I'll give this one up. Funny, I thought it would be more like Murkon's Refuge and LOVE that one. But, somehow, understood it better and felt more in control of my characters. Played just about all the games on Adventure and (frustrations or not) they are all FUN. Lots of time as disabled and they take my mind off my aches and pains. Thanx. Banan
