Conduit job help - I have read EVERYTHING & still can't do it!!!!

I'm sorry to post this message as I know there are TONS of messages out there explaing how to do it & giving hints. I have drawn the circles, followed the 'directions' some people have given and all to no avail!! I'm a very scientific person and understand all the terminology associated with this puzzle, but for some reason, I just can't seem to solve it! If someone would PLEASE email me a spoiler I would GREATLY appreciate it!! (it's a rainy day in Boston and I don't want to do office work - I want to play POA! :)
