Collectors are mostly interested in the Langley De-Liars with pot metal bodies. Zebco acquired the patents and made a lot that had plastic bodies and some of those were black and silver.

I just looked at that picture again. The hook is folded flat against the bottom on the left and that little metal tab on the lower right corner is the end of the tape measure.
