poa power conduit job[help needed]

I can't seem to quite get it. here let me explane. I start with M01W [north/inner] then meening that M01E must be [something/inner]. it works alright for the alternate outer/inner thing and still move around the broken power conduits. then by all logic the east side must go north folowing the outer/inner of the west side. but blast that broken power conduit that is betwin M01W and M06W keeps geting in the way!!!!!!!!!! help needed
