If nothing happened, you must have flipped the reset switch at the wrong opportunity, either there in M30 or in one of the other two places. If you flip any reset switch before the security codes have been input in all three control rooms (M10, M20, M30), or if you put in all three security codes but flip the reset switch from M10 or M20, it wipes out *all* the security codes you've put in so far and you have to start over again. So you'll have to go to each of the rooms again and put in the codes again before returning to M30, I think.
