Because the passage is so small, you are forced to crawl up on your hands and knees. After a few feet up the tunnel, you hear a rumbling noise from above. You back out of the tunnel just in time to avoid being hit by a mine cart.You are standing about fifteen feet below the central railway. It comes in from the north and turns sharply to the east directly above you. Next to you, to the south, another set of rails emerges from a narrow passage just wide enough for a mine cart to pass through, then continues into a northeastern tunnel that's just as small. A foot passage leads to the west.
