Castle Bombadier 2: Electric Boogaloo

So, I feel stupid, because no one else has posted on this, so
apparently no one else is having trouble with it.

But I am.

I've mapped out Castle Bombadier, gone every which way I can,
and all I've found is a pick, a golden key and a marshmallow.

I've found another cell that has a white handkerchief lying inside
it, but I haven't gotten into it, and there's a guard with a sword
that I can't kill cause I don't have a sword.

Any help would be appreciated. Thankee-sais.
