About 90% of the anecdotes that get added to CS every update come from tech support personnel such as yourself who see the page and mail in their own stories. So if you have any stories of your own, please do mail them to me or post them here; I don't care which. If you mail them, you have to go through my filter though (I don't post every story I receive).
