The farm is sold (probably). Another place is bought (probably). This has all been going on for a while. This has many serious implications but one of them in particular may benefit YOU.

You see, my parents will be moving this year. This means that everything in their house has to be either packed or trashed. My mother is very fast with the trash can. In particular, this means that every item of mine still left in my room must be packed and moved or thrown away. Now I don't have very much left in my room. I haven't been living there for several years, after all. However, I do have on the order of fifteen mobiles hanging on my ceiling all of which will have to be packed and moved. There are also an unidentified number of trees and other things left laying around.

These are projects that I learned on. Some of them are foolishly constructed. Most of them I would make differently if I were to do it again. Lots of them will be horribly difficult to pack. But I have to pack them anyway (or throw them away) so I figured I might as well offer them you you.

Here's the deal, If you want a mobile or a tree (or really anything of mine that you find on my main site), contact me (Forum Reply, LJ comment, e-mail if you know it, IM, Chat Memo, smoke signals) and tell me what you want and what you'll give me for it.

At this point let me explain that I'm not looking for money. If I was I would list them on ebay. Most of them I'm too attached to or not happy enough with for that. I'd like you to give me something for them. Something that I can use either in another art project or in some other part of life. I'm not going to tell you what I want (at least until people have come up with initial offers). If more than one person wants the same mobile we can have a little bidding war of sorts. Hopefully I'll get some interesting things and this will all be cool.

I'm reserving the right to make final decisions. Stuff that is already not in my possession is not available. There are a few people who have first dibs on some of the items. Some of the mobiles have aged badly and cannot be packaged for travel. Some of it has too much sentimental value and I can't give it away.

I'm leaving this offer open for a couple months. This gives us pleanty of time to hammer out some deals and I won't have time to package anything before then anyway.
