I need help badly. I can't figure out how to get past the giraffe. And i can't figure out what the cave is for. Please help.

Inventory:

20 Onions
Silver Key
Bucket of Sea Water
Pliers
Sword

2 Tree Branches
Crown of Destiny
Bottle Opener
Iron Support
Rusty Key

Sack
Float Ring
Cross
Red Potion
Goo

Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Coconut
Green Potion

Any help would be appriciated.
