Even if nobody is awake to answer, I'm hoping that just posting will make my mind work better...

Inventory
26 dollars
gun
matches
wood
alter cloth
hat pin
feather
key
playing cards
cord
map
cabbage
spittoon

I'm stuck in a barn with 2 goons and a mean lady. Keep trying all options in order to get out of "the loop". End up on a stack of bales with no safe exit. Help?
