I've met the old lady, but am now bumbling about all three towns not doing much. Can't find a burning barn which I think I am meant to be looking for; can't talk to the lodger on my left at dinner; can't get any telegrams; can't do anything. Anybody prepared to drop a (fairly large) hint?
