If you're looking for the owner of a US trade-mark, you should start at the US Patent and Trademark Office website. You can search registered trade-marks, and see who owns them and whether they've been paying their renewal fees.

Click the attached link, and select "SEARCH trademarks" at the top of the middle column. I recommend the "structured" search. There are about 35 "cushman" trade-marks, so it may take a bit of digging or refining your search criteria.
