POA - where is Kevin?

I am very, very, very near the end - I have got the shield/
vest, and managed to get into the OSM tube to access Docd
A. However, when I try and move the boxes, I am killed by
guards.

I have convinced Kevin to join me - but I am not sure where
he is. From reading other posts it looks like he is supposed
to be the one to move the boxes for me, but he hasn't
(obviously!)

What am I doing wrong?
