help. FQ1 Garden? s. coin?

Hammer
Nails

Arrow
Fishing Pole

Club

Sunstone

Now, I keep hearing about this garden, and I am unable to find it. also I have been checking at the beginning road for the s. coin and cannot seem to find it. I have done this several times.
I have been to the tower 2nd level and am unsure what to do there as well.

Could someone please help me or give some kind of advice? thank you in advance.
