POA CONDUIT HELP!

M21E. Currently the power conduits links point to the north and across the outer parallel. The power conduit running across the outer parallel appears to be broken.
M21W. Currently the power conduits links point to the north and across the outer parallel. The power conduit running across the outer parallel appears to be broken.

These are the only two that are broken. No matter how I rotate them I can't seem to get them fixed.

I fixed the boosters with no problem - go figure.
