The trick is to hit her with the magic stone between the eyes and make her bleed. I found that your fists were one of the best weapons. She seems to be a little groggy when you do, so you can get the chain. But one other thing get a murder hole open first. When you knock her into the murder hole with the chain hit her with your fists and kick her. Just keep trying and you will find out what works.
