I've never heard either of those (I live in Pennsylvania, have travelled in the Mid-Atlantic and some of the South). Some common types of nicknames for bills I have heard, though, are the names of the people on them (for those, Hamilton and Lincoln) and the number plus '-spot' (five-spot, ten-spot). I've also heard 'fin' for a five dollar bill, but I think that's mostly regional and/or outdated now.
