What ever I say here is going to be a wild guess because you don'tsay what you arae trying to do or where you are stuck.
From looking at your inventory I would say you to find at least 1 more gold coin for the soothsayer. What did she say with the last coin you gave her.? If she shouted the numbr 16 at you, you need to talk to her some more.
