POA: Second dynamite wasted

I was able to get the 2nd dynamite and again blasted that door by the rubbish pile but there is a rock keeping that door from opening.
Now what do I do??? Please help, I want in that room. Oh by the way, what do I use that silver key on that I found in the rubbish pile?
My inventory is still the same as my last post.
