Why didn't you drink the Pepsi, and save the cans? Or if you didn't want to disturb the integrity of the pop-top, you could have put a small pinhole in the bottom and drained out the liquid, and still saved the cans.

By the way, Pepsi on the bed isn't nearly as bad as Moxie in the briefcase.
