:)... (This eluded me too at first...) But Sam, the Strongest *Living* Character can't be dead... :)... And the tied-breaker of Most Agile is likely sufficient. And you can also add the 4th (or last, if you allow more criteria then 3), implicit tie-breaker of "Give preference to monsters ordered higher on the list". This could be both for which of your opponents monsters to target, and, when all three want to target the same monster, which of your monsters has to target someone else. (Bottem of the list is the last to be targetted, but also the least likely to target who it wants to).
