There's no need to worry about that, because what you're seeing is not the current state of your opponent's team. What you see is the state your opponent's team was in at the end of his or her last battle. Any changes the opponent makes from that point until your battle is unknown to you. Likewise, you opponent can't see the changes that you make in preparation for him or her, either.
