Anguish help: bombs

i drew a map, practice ran to make sure i have quickest route (17 steps) and then went around to activate them all (starting with p6 lot) and after the sixth one, i go to luna and he says i didnt do it. I DID IT TWICE! what am i doing wrong? i dont get it. everything was perfect, i even counted the bombs after activation to make sure i got all six. do i have to do them in a specific order?

please help!
