I'm gonna feel really stupid when you guys tell me the answer, but...

I'm at the part where I'm sitting in the Rum Steak. I suspect the answer has something to do with the Motto Contest from October. (The logo does make it seem like you're seeing double...). I also think it has something to do with the runner up: "RinkWorks: 'nkWor' is our middle name." -- Morris C. G. Beyond that, I'm stuck. Could somebody please help me?
