Don't know about starting over again, but you can always switch the doors from the 10 and 30 control rooms to get back there.

Ooh, and be sure to get a sample of one of those dead beetles. Perhaps once you're done this job, you might want to take it to someone who knows about animals and can perhaps identify the species.
