First of all, stop trying to figure out how to do things you haven't even got to in the game yet. You don't have the item which you will be able to give someone in exchange for the voucher.

There are a LOT more items you can find, even just inside the house, so you can't have been everywhere and done everything there. Have you been to the village? Have you used the sphinx? There is an endless number of things you can do from where you are in the game right now. Start out by making sure you've been to every room in the house and tried all the options in each room. There is also a lot more stuff you can find in the maze.
