I can't seem to complete any of the tasks I know I need to do......

Here's what I have:
10 Onions
Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Blue Rubber Ball
2 Tree Branches
Silver Key
Roc Feather
Iron Support
Sack
Float Ring
Coconut

I don't know where to get something else I can buy a bucket with, or how to get past the vampiress or how to turn the ball red.......any help is appreciated!
