Hopelessly stuck with Story Hunt 2:5 (Duke of Big)

I'll never get this one. I can't figure out what to do. I know which line to look at, acroynms. Yeah, I know what an acronym is.
I don't mind spoilers, just as long as I figure it out. Maybe you can tell me what site feature the acroynm is of, and I can get it from there?
