Um, I'm going to side with what gremlinn said and say that that's a measure of the time of day the person beat the game. I did a search and cannot find ANYONE with a higher "score" than 23:59:59 in any of the Hall of Fame lists.
Besides, grem of all people knows what he's talking about. So I'd assume that using whatever time zone this site goes by, platypi007 beat it at 12:04 AM on October 1st.
That makes sense...
