You have the Rink? Maybe you need to go get your rope back from the blacksmith. Or maybe it's the crate you need to get. I know you can go get them both. (I don't remember if you can use it there, I'm just grasping at straws.) If you're trying to get over the wall, just keep trying what works.

If you're trying to walk in the front door of the outpost itself - well, that would be kind of suicidal given that a bunch of bad guys are meeting in there. Perhaps you should check out a window.

If you're listening in at the window already, try a number of combinations. (It's wise to send the Rink in first.)
