GOA- help on building the torch! (possible spoilers)

I have seen all of the posts when you type in the keyword "torch" and one of them lets me know what I need sort of. I need the string (i have) tinderbox (I have) and I need one other thing. Can anyone give me a hint to what this 3rd item might be?
Once I get this item is there a certain spot where I have to combine them at?

Guard's Sword
Rope
String
Clear Focus Stone
6 Red Gemstones
Stone of Strengthening
Tinderbox
Key of Opening
Piece of Trash
4 Black Gemstones
Food Rations
Sticks
Portrait
Magnifying Glass
Where might I find some more gold coins for a map also?
Any help and well thgought of hints are appreciated.
